About Find a Christian Realtor
Find a Christian Realtor is a realtor referral service designed to help buyers, sellers, and individuals planning a relocation connect with real estate professionals who serve their area.
We are not a real estate brokerage, mortgage lender, title company, law firm, financial advisor, or home inspection company. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not represent buyers, sellers, property owners, real estate professionals, or other parties in a real estate transaction.
Submitting a request through our website does not create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or attorney-client relationship between you and Find a Christian Realtor.
Eligibility to Use Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use our referral services.
By using this website, you represent that the information you provide is truthful, current, and complete. You may not submit another person’s contact information without that person’s permission.
How Our Realtor Referral Service Works
When you submit a request, we may use the information you provide to identify one or more real estate professionals who may be able to assist you. We may share relevant information from your request with a potential referral partner so that the professional can contact you.
A referral is an introduction only. It does not guarantee:
- That a suitable real estate professional will be available in your area
- That a referred professional will accept you as a client
- That you will choose to work with the referred professional
- The success, timing, price, or outcome of a real estate transaction
- Financing approval, property availability, or the condition or value of a property
You remain responsible for interviewing, evaluating, selecting, and entering into any agreement with a real estate professional.
Independent Real Estate Professionals
The real estate professionals in our referral network are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Find a Christian Realtor.
Each professional is independently responsible for:
- Maintaining all required licenses and credentials
- Complying with applicable real estate laws and professional standards
- Explaining the services they provide
- Establishing the terms of their client relationship
- Protecting information received directly from prospective clients
- Providing appropriate real estate advice and representation
Find a Christian Realtor does not direct or control the professional services provided by a referred realtor.
Faith-Based Referrals
Our service is intended to help users connect with real estate professionals who identify with Christian values or express an interest in serving faith-minded clients.
References to a professional’s faith, values, affiliations, or approach are based on information available to us or provided by that professional. We cannot independently verify every personal belief, religious affiliation, statement, or practice, and we do not guarantee that a professional’s beliefs or conduct will align with every user’s interpretation of Christian faith or values.
Users should ask prospective realtors any questions necessary to determine whether the professional is a good fit.
Fair Housing and Nondiscrimination
Find a Christian Realtor supports equal housing opportunity. Our services may not be used to request, encourage, or facilitate unlawful discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
A preference for working with a real estate professional who shares certain values does not permit discriminatory housing practices. Referred professionals remain responsible for complying with all applicable fair housing, licensing, and professional-conduct requirements.
We may decline or discontinue a request that appears to involve unlawful discrimination or another prohibited activity.
Referral Fees and Business Relationships
Find a Christian Realtor may receive a referral fee or other compensation from a participating real estate professional or brokerage when permitted by applicable law. Any such compensation is generally paid by the real estate professional or brokerage and does not necessarily increase the amount you pay for real estate services.
A financial or business relationship may exist between Find a Christian Realtor and a referred professional. Where required, additional disclosures will be provided by the appropriate party.
You should review any representation agreement, buyer agreement, listing agreement, disclosure, or other contract carefully before signing it.
Your Responsibilities
By using our website or referral service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Communicate respectfully with our team and referral partners
- Independently evaluate any professional introduced to you
- Review all contracts and transaction documents before signing
- Seek qualified legal, tax, financial, lending, inspection, or other professional advice when appropriate
You are not required to work with a realtor solely because we introduced you.
Communications and Consent
When you submit a form, you authorize Find a Christian Realtor to contact you regarding your request by email, telephone, or text message using the information you provide. You also authorize us to share the information needed to facilitate your requested introduction with an appropriate real estate professional or brokerage.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing property or receiving real estate services. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. You may request that text messages stop by replying STOP. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to respond to an active request.
