Washington markets we serve

Seattle

Ballard, Queen Anne, West Seattle, Wallingford and dozens of distinct neighborhoods. Seattle Pacific University is in Queen Anne. Housing is expensive, older in many neighborhoods and very competitive.

The Eastside

Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish and Bothell. Technology employment drives the market, and the schools draw families. Northwest University is in Kirkland.

South Sound

Tacoma, Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Lakewood and Olympia. Joint Base Lewis-McChord makes this one of the largest military relocation markets in the West, and it is more affordable than Seattle.

North Sound

Everett, Snohomish, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek and Bellingham. More space and a better price than the core of the metro, with a longer drive.

Kitsap and the Peninsulas

Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo and Port Orchard, connected to Seattle by ferry. Naval Base Kitsap brings military families. NAS Whidbey Island does the same for Oak Harbor to the north.

Spokane and Eastern Washington

Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake and the Tri-Cities. Drier, sunnier and much more affordable than the west side. Whitworth University is in Spokane, and Fairchild Air Force Base is just outside the city.

Vancouver and Clark County

Vancouver, Camas, Ridgefield and Battle Ground are part of the Portland metro but on the Washington side of the river — a popular choice for Oregon commuters.

Questions worth asking your Washington agent

Western Washington’s hills, water and wet winters raise questions that buyers from drier states rarely think about.

  • Is this property on or near a steep slope, and has the hillside ever moved? Ask whether it falls in an area the county flags for landslide risk.
  • What is the realistic commute from here, including ferries or bridges if they are part of it?
  • How old is the roof, and how is moss and drainage handled? Western Washington’s wet season is hard on both.
  • Should I be considering earthquake coverage, and has the house been retrofitted?
  • For rural or acreage properties: well, septic and access in winter.
  • In Vancouver: if I’ll work in Oregon, what should I ask a tax professional about living in one state and working in the other?

How the referral works

1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.

2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.

3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.

What this costs you

Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.

We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.

How we choose agents

Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.

We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.

Common questions

What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.

Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.

Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.

Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.

How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

More answers are on our FAQs page.

Washington questions

Do you cover all of Washington?
We work across the state — Seattle and the Eastside, the South and North Sound, Spokane and Vancouver. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.

We’re relocating to Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Can you help?
Yes. JBLM is one of the most common military relocations in the Pacific Northwest. Tell us your report date when you reach out, and we’ll match you with an agent who handles military moves in the South Sound regularly.
