New Mexico markets we serve

Albuquerque and Rio Rancho

Albuquerque’s established neighborhoods and the Northeast Heights, plus Rio Rancho, Corrales, Los Lunas and Belen. Sandia National Laboratories, Kirtland Air Force Base and the University of New Mexico anchor the area.

Santa Fe

Historic adobe homes, the art market and the foothills. A market with its own rules and its own price point.

Los Alamos and the Espanola Valley

Los Alamos National Laboratory keeps demand high and inventory tight. Many families end up buying in White Rock, Espanola or Santa Fe and commuting up.

Las Cruces and Southern New Mexico

New Mexico State University, White Sands Missile Range, and Holloman Air Force Base near Alamogordo.

Clovis, Portales and the East

Cannon Air Force Base in Clovis, and Eastern New Mexico University in Portales.

Hobbs, Carlsbad and the Southeast

Energy work in the Permian Basin drives these markets, and housing can tighten quickly when activity picks up.

Farmington and the Four Corners

Northwest New Mexico, with energy and healthcare as the steady employers.

Taos, Angel Fire and the Northern Mountains

Ski country, mountain homes and second homes.

Questions worth asking your New Mexico agent

Water and roofs are the two things buyers from other states most often fail to ask about here.

  • Where does this property’s water come from — a city system, a shared well or a private well? If it’s a well, ask your agent to confirm exactly what’s on record for it before you make an offer.
  • In the northern valleys, some property carries acequia irrigation rights and the obligations that come with them. Ask whether this one does and what that means for you.
  • If the house has a flat roof, when was it last resurfaced and who did it? Flat roofs are common here and they’re a maintenance item, not a one-time build.
  • For adobe or stucco: what’s the condition of the stucco, and what upkeep has been done?
  • Is the property on septic, and when was it last inspected?
  • In the mountains and foothills: what’s the wildfire picture, and can I get an insurance quote early?
  • For rural property: who maintains the road, and is it passable year-round?

How the referral works

1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.

2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.

3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.

What this costs you

Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.

We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.

How we choose agents

Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.

We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.

Common questions

What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.

Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.

Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.

Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.

How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

New Mexico questions

Do you cover all of New Mexico?
We work across the state — Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Las Cruces, Clovis, the southeast and the northern mountains. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.

We’re moving for a job at one of the labs or bases. Can you help?
Yes. Kirtland, Holloman, Cannon, White Sands, Sandia and Los Alamos move families into New Mexico constantly, and each market behaves differently — Los Alamos in particular has very little inventory. Tell us your start date and where you’ll be reporting, and we’ll match you with an agent who handles those moves regularly.
