Find a Christian Realtor in New Jersey
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families make — and it’s rarely only a financial decision. We connect buyers and sellers across New Jersey with experienced real estate professionals who share your faith and conduct business accordingly. The referral is free, and you’re never obligated to work with the agent we introduce.
New Jersey markets we serve
Bergen and Passaic Counties
Ridgewood, Paramus, Wyckoff, Fair Lawn and Wayne. Close to New York City, with strong schools and a commute that shapes nearly every decision.
Morris, Essex and Somerset Counties
Morristown, Montclair, Chatham, Bernardsville and Basking Ridge. Train-line towns, historic homes and some of the strongest school districts in the state.
Central Jersey and Princeton
Princeton, West Windsor, Hillsborough, Edison and the Route 1 corridor. Princeton Theological Seminary is here, and the area draws families who need to reach both New York and Philadelphia.
Monmouth and Ocean Counties
Freehold, Holmdel, Middletown, Toms River and the Shore towns. Ocean Grove, founded as a Methodist camp meeting in the 1800s, still has its Great Auditorium and a character no other beach town has.
South Jersey
Cherry Hill, Moorestown, Haddonfield, Voorhees and Mount Laurel are the Philadelphia suburbs on the New Jersey side. Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst brings military families to Burlington and Ocean counties.
The Jersey Shore
Cape May, Ocean City, Long Beach Island and the barrier islands. Second homes, retirement and rental property — three purchases with very different math.
Questions worth asking your New Jersey agent
New Jersey has hundreds of municipalities and school districts packed into a small state, so the town line on a map can matter more than the distance between two houses.
- What are the property taxes on this home, and how do they compare with the next town over? Taxes vary sharply from town to town.
- Will I need a real estate attorney, and how does the review period after signing work here? Ask your agent to walk you through the timeline.
- Which school district is this, and does this address send students to a regional high school?
- At the Shore: what flood zone is this property in, how did it come through past storms, and has it been raised or rebuilt?
- What does the commute into New York or Philadelphia actually look like from here — by train, bus and car?
How the referral works
1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.
2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.
3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.
What this costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.
We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.
How we choose agents
Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.
We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.
Common questions
What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.
Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.
Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.
Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

New Jersey questions
Do you cover all of New Jersey?
We work across the state — North Jersey, Central Jersey, South Jersey and the Shore. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.
We’re buying a home at the Shore. Should we look for a different kind of agent?
Yes — ask for one who works the Shore specifically. Whether the home is for living in, for weekends or for renting out changes almost every question, and an agent who handles barrier-island property regularly will know which questions to ask about the lot, the flood history and the town’s rules.
