Find a Christian Realtor in Nebraska
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families make — and it’s rarely only a financial decision. We connect buyers and sellers across Nebraska with experienced real estate professionals who share your faith and conduct business accordingly. The referral is free, and you’re never obligated to work with the agent we introduce.
Nebraska markets we serve
Omaha and the Western Suburbs
Omaha’s established neighborhoods plus Elkhorn, Gretna, Papillion, La Vista and Bennington. Schools and newer construction draw families west, and the city has a deep base of insurance, finance and healthcare employers.
Bellevue and Offutt
Offutt Air Force Base makes Bellevue a steady military relocation market, with families arriving and leaving on orders year-round.
Lincoln
The state capital and the University of Nebraska. Nebraska Wesleyan University is here, and the city’s neighborhoods run from historic near-downtown to new development in the south and northwest.
Seward and the Lincoln Commute
Concordia University Nebraska anchors Seward, and the surrounding towns draw families who want small-town life within reach of Lincoln.
Fremont and the Lower Platte
Midland University is in Fremont, close enough to commute toward Omaha.
Grand Island, Kearney and Hastings
Central Nebraska’s three anchor cities. Hastings College is in Hastings, and the University of Nebraska at Kearney is in Kearney.
Norfolk and Northeast Nebraska
A regional hub for agriculture, manufacturing and healthcare, with affordable housing and small towns around it.
North Platte, the Sandhills and the Panhandle
Ranch country and the high plains west to Scottsbluff and Gering. Acreages, farm ground and small-town housing.
Questions worth asking your Nebraska agent
Nebraska storms and radon are routine parts of a home inspection conversation here.
- Does the house have a basement or storm shelter you would actually use, and where is it?
- How old is the roof, and has it been replaced after hail? Ask what that means for insurance on this particular house, not just in general.
- Has the house been tested for radon? Nebraska reads among the highest in the country, so this is a standard question here rather than an unusual one.
- How does the basement handle heavy rain and spring snowmelt? Ask about sump pumps and any history of water.
- What are the property taxes on this home, and how do they compare with the next county over? Ask your agent to pull the actual figures rather than estimating.
- For acreages: well, septic, who maintains the road, and whether it gets plowed.
- If farm ground or irrigation equipment comes with the property, ask your agent to confirm exactly what conveys with the sale.
How the referral works
1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.
2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.
3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.
What this costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.
We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.
How we choose agents
Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.
We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.
Common questions
What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.
Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.
Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.
Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

We’re a military family moving to Offutt. Can you help?
