Maryland markets we serve

Montgomery County

Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Olney and Silver Spring. Federal, medical and research employment drives demand, and the commute into Washington shapes nearly every decision.

Howard County

Columbia, Ellicott City, Clarksville and Elkridge sit between Baltimore and Washington, with highly regarded schools and a family-heavy market.

Anne Arundel County and Annapolis

Annapolis, Severna Park, Crofton, Odenton and Pasadena. The Naval Academy and Fort Meade bring a steady flow of military and federal relocations, and waterfront living is part of the draw.

Baltimore and the Suburbs

Towson, Catonsville, Timonium, Perry Hall and the city’s own neighborhoods. Rowhomes, historic districts and some of the best value in the Washington–Baltimore corridor.

Frederick and Western Maryland

Frederick, Urbana, Mount Airy, Hagerstown and Cumberland. More space, historic small towns and growing commuter demand from both metros.

Prince George’s and Southern Maryland

Bowie, Upper Marlboro, Waldorf, La Plata and Lexington Park, where Naval Air Station Patuxent River anchors a strong military market. Joint Base Andrews is in Prince George’s County.

Harford County and the Eastern Shore

Bel Air and Aberdeen, near Aberdeen Proving Ground; then across the Bay Bridge, Easton, Salisbury, St. Michaels and Ocean City for small towns, water and retirement.

Questions worth asking your Maryland agent

Maryland was founded with one of the first laws on religious toleration in the American colonies, and today it packs suburbs, rowhome cities, farmland and miles of shoreline into a small state. The useful questions vary with each.

  • What is the realistic commute from this address to Washington or Baltimore at the hour I’d actually drive it — and by train, if that’s an option?
  • Which school cluster is this address in, and has the boundary changed recently?
  • On the Bay and the Eastern Shore: what flood zone is this property in, and are there any rules about building or changes near the water? Ask early if you’re planning additions, docks or tree removal.
  • In Baltimore: is there a ground rent on this property? Ask, because a few older homes still carry one.
  • For older rowhomes and rural properties: what should the inspection focus on — roof, sewer line, well and septic?

How the referral works

1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.

2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.

3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.

What this costs you

Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.

We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.

How we choose agents

Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.

We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.

Common questions

What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.

Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.

Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.

Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.

How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Maryland questions

Do you cover all of Maryland?
We work across the state — the Washington suburbs, Baltimore, Annapolis, Frederick, Southern Maryland and the Eastern Shore. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.

We’re relocating to Maryland for a federal or military job. Can you help?
Frequently. Fort Meade, the Naval Academy, Patuxent River, Andrews, Aberdeen and the federal agencies around Washington bring families into Maryland every month. Tell us your start date and where you’ll be working, and we’ll match you with an agent who handles these moves regularly.
