Find a Christian Realtor in Indiana
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families make — and it’s rarely only a financial decision. We connect buyers and sellers across Indiana with experienced real estate professionals who share your faith and conduct business accordingly. The referral is free, and you’re never obligated to work with the agent we introduce.
Indiana markets we serve
Indianapolis North and Hamilton County
Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield and Zionsville are among the fastest-growing suburbs in the Midwest, chosen by families for schools, parks and newer neighborhoods. New construction competes directly with resale here, and the trade-offs are real.
Indianapolis and the South and West Suburbs
Greenwood, Franklin, Plainfield, Avon and Brownsburg, plus the city’s own historic neighborhoods — Irvington, Broad Ripple, Meridian-Kessler. More house for the money and a short drive downtown.
Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana
An affordable, steady market with a strong church culture. Grace College in Winona Lake and Huntington University are nearby, and Taylor University in Upland and Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion sit to the south.
South Bend, Elkhart and Goshen
Northern Indiana combines a university town around Notre Dame, Bethel University in Mishawaka, and the Mennonite and Amish heritage of Elkhart and LaGrange counties, home to Goshen College. Small towns, farmland and affordable homes.
Northwest Indiana
Crown Point, Valparaiso, Munster, Schererville and Chesterton. Many households here work in the Chicago area and choose Indiana for more space and value. Valparaiso University anchors its namesake town.
Bloomington, Lafayette and Anderson
Indiana University and Purdue shape two very different college towns, and Anderson University sits northeast of Indianapolis.
Evansville and Southern Indiana
Evansville, Newburgh and the Ohio River towns, plus the southern Indiana suburbs of Louisville. Rolling hills, older river towns and strong value.
Questions worth asking your Indiana agent
Indiana is one of the more affordable states in the country, and buyers coming from pricier markets sometimes move fast. A few questions are worth slowing down for.
- Which school district and township is this address in? In fast-growing Hamilton County, ask whether boundaries have changed recently.
- If this is new construction, how does the builder’s package compare with resale nearby, and what’s still planned to be built around this lot?
- Has the house been tested for radon? Much of Indiana has elevated levels, so it’s a routine question here.
- How does the basement or crawlspace handle a heavy spring rain?
- For rural homes: well, septic, and what the drive looks like in winter.
- In Northwest Indiana: what’s the real commute into the Chicago area from here, by car and by train?
How the referral works
1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.
2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.
3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.
What this costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.
We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.
How we choose agents
Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.
We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.
Common questions
What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.
Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.
Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.
Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Indiana questions
Do you cover all of Indiana?
We work across the state — Indianapolis and its suburbs, Fort Wayne, Northern and Northwest Indiana, and the south. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.
We’re moving from the Chicago area to Northwest Indiana. Can you help with both sides?
Yes. It’s a common move, and many families are selling in Illinois and buying in Indiana at the same time. We can introduce you to an agent on each side so both halves of the move are coordinated.
