Find a Christian Realtor in Illinois
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families make — and it’s rarely only a financial decision. We connect buyers and sellers across Illinois with experienced real estate professionals who share your faith and conduct business accordingly. The referral is free, and you’re never obligated to work with the agent we introduce.
Illinois markets we serve
Wheaton and DuPage County
Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Carol Stream, Naperville, Downers Grove and Elmhurst. Wheaton is one of the most concentrated Christian communities in the country — home to Wheaton College, Crossway, and many ministries and publishers, with Tyndale House next door in Carol Stream. Families moving for ministry or college often look here first. DuPage is also known for strong schools and a reliable commute into the city by train.
Chicago
Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Logan Square, Beverly, Edison Park and dozens more — the city is a market of neighborhoods. Moody Bible Institute is on the Near North Side. Two-flats, greystones and condos make up a large share of the housing.
North and Northwest Suburbs
Evanston, Wilmette, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Barrington and Schaumburg. Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington is one of the best-known congregations in the country.
Western Suburbs and the Fox Valley
Aurora, St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia and Elgin, where Judson University sits. More house for the money and a slightly slower pace than closer-in DuPage.
Southwest and South Suburbs
Orland Park, Tinley Park, Frankfort, Plainfield and Joliet. Families, newer construction and strong value.
Central Illinois
Peoria, Bloomington-Normal, Champaign-Urbana and Springfield. Affordable, stable markets anchored by universities, state government and major employers. Olivet Nazarene University is in Bourbonnais, south of Chicago.
Rockford and the Metro East
Rockford in the north and the Metro East communities across the river from St. Louis — Edwardsville, O’Fallon and Belleville — with Scott Air Force Base nearby.
Questions worth asking your Illinois agent
Illinois homeowners often say the property tax bill is the number that surprised them most, and it varies a great deal from one town to the next.
- What is the current property tax bill on this home, and are there any exemptions on it that won’t transfer to me? Ask what the bill would likely be for me.
- Will I need a real estate attorney, and at what point in the process do they get involved? Ask your agent who they recommend and how the timeline usually works.
- For older Chicago-area homes: how does the basement handle a heavy rain, and has the sewer line been scoped?
- In a condo or two-flat association: how healthy are the reserves, and are any special assessments planned?
- What is the commute from here at rush hour — by car and by train?
How the referral works
1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.
2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.
3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.
What this costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.
We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.
How we choose agents
Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.
We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.
Common questions
What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.
Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.
Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.
Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Illinois questions
Do you cover all of Illinois?
We work across the state — Chicago, the suburbs, central Illinois and the Metro East. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.
We’re moving to Wheaton for ministry or Wheaton College. Is that something you handle?
Yes. It’s one of the most common reasons families move to DuPage County. Tell us where you’ll be working or studying, and we’ll match you with an agent who knows Wheaton and the surrounding towns well.
