Find a Christian Realtor in Connecticut
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families make — and it’s rarely only a financial decision. We connect buyers and sellers across Connecticut with experienced real estate professionals who share your faith and conduct business accordingly. The referral is free, and you’re never obligated to work with the agent we introduce.
Connecticut markets we serve
Fairfield County
Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, Westport, Fairfield, Trumbull and Ridgefield. Commuting to New York City by Metro-North shapes much of this market, along with strong schools and coastal living.
New Haven and the Shoreline
New Haven, Hamden, Milford, Madison, Guilford and Branford. Yale and the hospitals anchor the city, and the shoreline towns draw families and retirees.
Hartford and the Suburbs
West Hartford, Glastonbury, Simsbury, Avon, Farmington and South Windsor. Insurance, health care and state government make this a steady, comparatively affordable market.
Southeastern Connecticut
Groton, New London, Mystic and Old Saybrook. The Naval Submarine Base and Electric Boat in Groton bring a steady flow of military and defense families.
Litchfield Hills and Northwest Connecticut
Small towns, rolling hills, lakes and older farmhouses. A favorite for second homes and for families who want space.
Waterbury, the Naugatuck Valley and the Quiet Corner
Better value in central Connecticut, and the rural northeast corner for buyers who want land and quiet.
Questions worth asking your Connecticut agent
Connecticut’s older homes and town-by-town differences make a few questions especially worth asking.
- What are the property taxes on this home, and how do they compare with the next town over? They vary a great deal from town to town.
- For homes in north-central and eastern Connecticut: has the concrete foundation been tested, or should it be? Ask your agent about foundation concerns in this area before you make an offer.
- How is the house heated — oil, gas, electric or heat pump — and what does a winter cost?
- Is the house on town water and sewer, or a well and septic system? If septic, when was it last inspected?
- Has the house been tested for radon?
- From Fairfield County: what’s the real commute into New York City from here?
How the referral works
1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.
2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.
3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.
What this costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.
We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.
How we choose agents
Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.
We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.
Common questions
What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.
Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.
Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.
Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Connecticut questions
Do you cover all of Connecticut?
We work across the state — Fairfield County, New Haven and the shoreline, Hartford, the southeast and the northwest hills. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.
We’re moving from New York City to Connecticut. Where do we start?
It’s one of the most common moves we handle. The useful first conversation is about commute — whether you still need to reach the city, and how often — then schools and church home. A good agent will start there rather than sending you listings.
