Find a Christian Realtor in California
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families make — and it’s rarely only a financial decision. We connect buyers and sellers across California with experienced real estate professionals who share your faith and conduct business accordingly. The referral is free, and you’re never obligated to work with the agent we introduce.
California markets we serve
Orange County
Irvine, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Yorba Linda and Huntington Beach. Saddleback Church in Lake Forest is one of the best-known congregations in the country, and Vanguard University is in Costa Mesa. Planned communities dominate south county, which makes HOA and community details part of nearly every purchase.
Los Angeles County
From the San Gabriel Valley to the South Bay to the Santa Clarita Valley, Los Angeles is dozens of markets under one name. Biola University in La Mirada, Azusa Pacific University in Azusa and Pepperdine in Malibu anchor large Christian communities.
San Diego
Point Loma, Poway, Escondido, Chula Vista, Carlsbad and Oceanside. Naval Base San Diego and Camp Pendleton make this a major military relocation market, and Point Loma Nazarene University sits on the water in the city.
The Inland Empire and Temecula
Riverside, Corona, Eastvale, Rancho Cucamonga, Murrieta and Temecula are where many Southern California families go for more space. California Baptist University is in Riverside.
Sacramento and the Foothills
Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Elk Grove and El Dorado Hills draw a large share of Bay Area households looking for a more affordable life in California.
The Bay Area
San Jose, the Peninsula, the East Bay and the Tri-Valley. Among the most expensive housing in the country, and among the most competitive.
The Central Valley and Central Coast
Fresno, Clovis, Bakersfield, Modesto and Visalia offer California’s strongest value; Fresno Pacific University is in Fresno. On the coast, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara (home to Westmont College) are smaller, scenic and tightly supplied.
Redding and Northern California
Redding, Chico and the far north are smaller, more rural and more affordable than the rest of the state.
Questions worth asking your California agent
California housing raises a few questions that buyers from other states rarely think to ask, and almost all of them are easier to sort out early.
- Can I get a real homeowners insurance quote early, before I’m committed? In wildfire-prone areas, availability and cost have become a genuine part of the decision, not a closing-day formality.
- Should I be looking at earthquake coverage for this house, and what would it cost?
- Is there a special tax assessment on this property — often called Mello-Roos in newer communities — and what is the HOA fee? Ask for both, in writing, early.
- What do the seller’s disclosures say, and what should I ask about after reading them? California disclosures are extensive — read them.
- For older homes: has the house been retrofitted for earthquakes, and what does the inspector recommend?
How the referral works
1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.
2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.
3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.
What this costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.
We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.
How we choose agents
Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.
We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.
Common questions
What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.
Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.
Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.
Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

California questions
Do you cover all of California?
We work across the state — Southern California, the Bay Area, Sacramento, the Central Valley and the north. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.
We’re leaving California for another state. Can you help with both ends?
Yes, and it’s one of the most common moves we handle. We can introduce you to a Christian agent to sell your California home and another in the state you’re moving to, so both sides of the move are coordinated rather than handled by strangers who never talk to each other.
