Alabama markets we serve

Birmingham and the Suburbs

Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook, Homewood, Trussville and Chelsea. Church of the Highlands, one of the largest congregations in the country, started in Birmingham, and Samford University sits in Homewood. Strong schools draw families to the over-the-mountain suburbs.

Huntsville and Madison

Redstone Arsenal, NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center and a growing defense and aerospace sector have made Huntsville one of the fastest-growing cities in the Southeast. Madison, Harvest and Meridianville are full of new construction.

Mobile and Baldwin County

Mobile, Daphne, Fairhope, Spanish Fort and Foley across the bay, with Gulf Shores and Orange Beach on the coast. Retirees, families and second-home buyers.

Montgomery and the River Region

Prattville, Pike Road and Millbrook surround the capital. Maxwell Air Force Base brings a steady military market, and Faulkner University is in Montgomery.

Tuscaloosa and Auburn–Opelika

Two college towns built around the University of Alabama and Auburn, with game-day rhythms and strong family neighborhoods.

Dothan and the Wiregrass

Dothan, Enterprise and Ozark, near Fort Novosel, the Army’s aviation center. Affordable and military-heavy.

Questions worth asking your Alabama agent

Alabama runs from the Tennessee Valley to the Gulf Coast, and the questions change with the geography.

  • On the coast: can I get a homeowners and wind insurance quote early, before I’m committed? And what flood zone is this property in?
  • Does the house have a storm shelter or safe room, and is that common in this area?
  • Has the house had a termite inspection, and is there an existing termite contract that can transfer? It’s a standard question in the Deep South.
  • In Huntsville: if this is new construction, how does the builder’s package compare with resale nearby, and what else is planned around this lot?
  • For rural properties: well, septic and how the property drains in a heavy rain.

How the referral works

1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.

2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.

3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.

What this costs you

Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.

We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.

How we choose agents

Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.

We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.

Common questions

What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.

Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.

Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.

Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.

How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Alabama questions

Do you cover all of Alabama?
We work across the state — Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile and the coast, Montgomery and the college towns. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.

We’re relocating to Huntsville for a defense or aerospace job. Can you help?
Frequently. Redstone Arsenal and the companies around it bring families to Huntsville every month, often on a set start date. Tell us when and where you’ll be working, and we’ll match you with an agent who handles these moves regularly.
