Wyoming markets we serve

Cheyenne

The state capital, and F.E. Warren Air Force Base brings military families in year-round. Close enough to northern Colorado to draw buyers from the south.

Casper

Central Wyoming’s commercial hub, on the North Platte, with energy and healthcare as the steady employers.

Laramie

The University of Wyoming, and a high-altitude town with a character all its own.

Sheridan and Buffalo

The eastern slope of the Bighorns. Ranching country, historic downtowns, and a long-standing draw for people leaving busier states.

Jackson and Teton County

Jackson, Wilson and Teton Village. A resort market in a category of its own, with Grand Teton and Yellowstone at the door.

Cody and Powell

The eastern gateway to Yellowstone, with a working-town economy underneath the tourism.

Gillette and the Powder River Basin

Energy work drives this market, and housing follows it.

Rock Springs, Green River and Evanston

Southwest Wyoming, along the interstate, with the most affordable housing in the state.

Star Valley and Pinedale

Afton, Thayne and Pinedale. Mountain valleys with long winters and real beauty.

Questions worth asking your Wyoming agent

On acreage in Wyoming, what you’re buying is often less obvious than it looks. These are the questions to ask before you fall for a view.

  • Does this property come with water rights, and what exactly is on record? Ask your agent to confirm rather than relying on what the listing suggests.
  • Were the mineral rights severed from this property? Severed minerals are common here, so ask your agent to check the record before you make an offer.
  • Is there recorded legal access to the property? Long-standing use of a two-track is not the same as a recorded easement.
  • Is the house on a well and septic? If a well, ask how deep it is, what it produces and whether the water has been tested.
  • Who plows the road in winter — the county, an association, or you? And what does the driveway do in a drift?
  • How is the house built for wind? Ask about the roof, the siding and the exposure, because wind is a design problem here and not just weather.
  • How is the house heated, how old is the system, and what does a winter cost? In rural areas, ask how propane gets delivered.
  • Are there covenants on this property? Much of Wyoming is unzoned, so ask what could be built on the land next door.
  • In the mountains: what’s the wildfire picture, and can I get an insurance quote early?

How the referral works

1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.

2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.

3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.

What this costs you

Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.

We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.

How we choose agents

Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.

We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.

Common questions

What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.

Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.

Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.

Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.

How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Wyoming questions

Do you cover all of Wyoming?
We work across the state — Cheyenne, Casper, Laramie, Sheridan and Buffalo, Jackson and Teton County, Cody, Gillette, southwest Wyoming and the Star Valley. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.

We’re buying acreage in Wyoming. What should we check before we make an offer?
Water, minerals and access, in that order, and all three on the record rather than on anybody’s word. After that, the practical ones: how the road gets plowed, what the well actually produces, and what could be built next to you. Land here is bought on the strength of a view more often than it should be, and a good local agent will slow you down long enough to check the things a view doesn’t tell you.
