Find a Christian Realtor in North Dakota
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families make — and it’s rarely only a financial decision. We connect buyers and sellers across North Dakota with experienced real estate professionals who share your faith and conduct business accordingly. The referral is free, and you’re never obligated to work with the agent we introduce.
North Dakota markets we serve
Fargo and West Fargo
The state’s largest metro, with North Dakota State University and a deep healthcare and technology base. Horace and Mapleton are absorbing newer construction.
Bismarck and Mandan
The state capital. The University of Mary is here, and the Missouri River shapes both towns.
Grand Forks
The University of North Dakota, and Grand Forks Air Force Base to the west of the city.
Minot
Minot Air Force Base makes this a steady military relocation market, and the city sits in the Souris River valley.
Williston and the Bakken
Williston and Watford City. Energy work drives this market, and it can move quickly in either direction.
Dickinson and the Southwest
A regional hub with the badlands nearby.
Jamestown, Valley City and Devils Lake
The University of Jamestown anchors Jamestown, and the lake country draws anglers and weekenders.
Questions worth asking your North Dakota agent
Cold and water are the two constants here. Out west, add minerals.
- How is the house heated, how old is the system, and what does a January actually cost? Ask whether there’s any backup heat.
- How does the basement handle spring melt? In the Red River Valley especially, ask what flood zone the property is in and whether it has ever taken water.
- Has the house been tested for radon? North Dakota reads high, so this is a standard question here.
- Were the mineral rights severed from this property? Ask your agent to confirm what’s on record, particularly anywhere near the Bakken.
- How old is the roof, and how does it handle snow and ice?
- What are the property taxes on this home? Ask your agent to pull the actual figures.
- For acreages: well, septic, who plows the road, and whether it’s township-maintained.
- In Williston and the energy counties: ask your agent how this particular market has behaved over the last year or two before you assume anything about it.
How the referral works
1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.
2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.
3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.
What this costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.
We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.
How we choose agents
Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.
We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.
Common questions
What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.
Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.
Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.
Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

North Dakota questions
Do you cover all of North Dakota?
We work across the state — Fargo and West Fargo, Bismarck and Mandan, Grand Forks, Minot, Williston, Dickinson and the Jamestown area. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.
We’re a military family moving to Minot or Grand Forks. Can you help?
Yes. Both bases move families into North Dakota every month. Tell us your report date when you reach out, and we’ll match you with an agent who handles military moves regularly and understands that you may be selling or renting the house again in a few years.
