Idaho markets we serve

Boise and the Treasure Valley

Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa and Caldwell. Years of steady in-migration have reshaped this valley, and new subdivisions are still going up on the edges. Northwest Nazarene University is in Nampa, and Boise State is downtown.

Coeur d’Alene and North Idaho

Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum and Sandpoint. Lake living, four seasons, and close enough to Spokane that many families work on one side of the state line and live on the other.

Idaho Falls and Eastern Idaho

Idaho Falls, Ammon and Rigby, with Idaho National Laboratory as the anchor employer. Rexburg is home to BYU–Idaho.

Pocatello and the Southeast

Idaho State University, and some of the more affordable housing in the state.

Twin Falls and the Magic Valley

Twin Falls, Jerome and Burley. Agriculture and food processing drive this market.

Moscow and the Palouse

The University of Idaho, with Pullman and Washington State just across the line.

McCall, Sun Valley and the Mountains

McCall, Ketchum, Hailey and Driggs. Resort and second-home markets, each with its own season.

Lewiston and the Clearwater

River valleys, a milder winter than most of the state, and a quieter pace.

Questions worth asking your Idaho agent

Irrigation water and wildfire insurance are the two Idaho-specific items most likely to surprise a buyer from out of state.

  • Does this property have irrigation water, and how is it delivered and billed? It’s common in the Treasure Valley and the Magic Valley, and worth understanding before you buy.
  • What’s the wildfire picture for this address, and can I get an insurance quote early? Ask before you’re under contract, not after.
  • Has the house been tested for radon? Parts of Idaho read high, so this is a routine question here.
  • Is the house on city water and sewer, or a well and septic? If septic, when was it last inspected?
  • In North Idaho and the mountains: how does the roof handle snow load, and how steep is the driveway in January?
  • Is this home in an HOA or a subdivision with CC&Rs? Ask to see the rules and fees early.
  • In the fast-growing parts of the valley: what’s still planned to be built around this lot?

How the referral works

1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.

2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.

3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.

What this costs you

Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.

We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.

How we choose agents

Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.

We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.

Common questions

What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.

Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.

Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.

Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.

How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Idaho questions

Do you cover all of Idaho?
We work across the state — Boise and the Treasure Valley, Coeur d’Alene and North Idaho, Idaho Falls and Rexburg, Pocatello, Twin Falls, Moscow and the mountain towns. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.

We’re moving to Idaho from California or Washington. What should we know?
It’s one of the most common moves we handle. Two things are worth hearing early: desirable neighborhoods can move faster than you expect even in a calm market, and the state is larger and more varied than it looks on a map — Coeur d’Alene and Boise are a long way apart in miles and in character. A good local agent will help you narrow the region before you start touring houses.
