Arkansas markets we serve

Northwest Arkansas

Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville and Bella Vista. Walmart’s headquarters in Bentonville, Tyson Foods in Springdale and J.B. Hunt draw families from all over the country, and the University of Arkansas is in Fayetteville. John Brown University is in Siloam Springs to the west.

Little Rock and Central Arkansas

Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Sherwood, Benton and Bryant. Little Rock Air Force Base in Jacksonville brings a steady military market.

Conway and the Arkansas River Valley

Conway has three colleges in one town, including Central Baptist College, and draws families commuting toward Little Rock. Russellville and Fort Smith anchor the valley further west.

Hot Springs and the Ouachitas

Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, Lake Hamilton and Lake Ouachita. A longtime draw for retirees and second-home buyers. Ouachita Baptist University is in Arkadelphia.

Jonesboro and Northeast Arkansas

Arkansas State University anchors Jonesboro, with Williams Baptist University in Walnut Ridge.

Mountain Home and the North Central Lakes

Bull Shoals, Norfork and the White River. Quiet towns that pull retirees from colder states.

South Arkansas and Texarkana

El Dorado, Camden, Magnolia and the Texarkana line.

Questions worth asking your Arkansas agent

Arkansas storms, soil and lakefront rules raise a few questions worth asking every time.

  • Does the house have a storm shelter or safe room? If not, is adding one practical on this lot?
  • How old is the roof, and has it been replaced after hail? Ask what that means for insurance on this particular house.
  • Has the foundation moved? Parts of the state have clay soil that expands and shrinks, so ask about cracks, sticking doors and any past repairs.
  • Near a river or creek: what flood zone is this in, and has the property ever taken water?
  • For lakefront property: who controls the shoreline, and what am I actually allowed to build or keep at the water? Ask before you assume a dock comes with the house.
  • For rural and acreage properties: well, septic, road access and how the land drains.
  • In fast-growing Northwest Arkansas: what’s still planned to be built around this lot?

How the referral works

1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.

2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.

3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.

What this costs you

Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.

We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.

How we choose agents

Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.

We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.

Common questions

What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.

Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.

Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.

Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.

How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Arkansas questions

Do you cover all of Arkansas?
We work across the state — Northwest Arkansas, Little Rock and Conway, Fort Smith, Hot Springs, Jonesboro and the lake country. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.

We’re relocating to Northwest Arkansas for work. Where should we start?
It’s one of the most common moves we handle, and the corridor from Fayetteville to Bentonville changes character every few miles. The useful first conversation is about which end of it you’ll be working at and what commute you’ll tolerate, then schools and church home. A good agent starts there rather than sending you listings.
