Find a Christian Realtor in Utah
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families make — and it’s rarely only a financial decision. We connect buyers and sellers across Utah with experienced real estate professionals who share your faith and conduct business accordingly. The referral is free, and you’re never obligated to work with the agent we introduce.
Utah markets we serve
Salt Lake Valley
Salt Lake City, Sandy, Draper, South Jordan, Herriman and Holladay. Mountain views, strong job growth and neighborhoods that range from historic bungalows to brand-new subdivisions.
Utah County
Lehi, American Fork, Orem, Provo and Saratoga Springs. The technology corridor known as Silicon Slopes has made this one of the fastest-growing areas in the West.
Davis and Weber Counties
Bountiful, Kaysville, Layton and Ogden. Family neighborhoods north of Salt Lake, with Hill Air Force Base bringing a steady military market.
Park City and the Wasatch Back
Park City, Heber and Kamas. Ski towns, mountain homes and a resort market all its own.
St. George and Southern Utah
St. George, Washington and Hurricane. Warm winters, red rock and one of the fastest-growing retirement and relocation markets in the country.
Logan and Cache Valley
Utah State University and a quieter, more affordable northern Utah market.
Questions worth asking your Utah agent
Utah’s water, mountains and fast growth raise questions that buyers from other states don’t always think to ask.
- Does this property have secondary (irrigation) water, and how does it work here? It’s common in Utah and worth understanding before you buy.
- Is this home in an HOA, and can I see the rules and fees early?
- Should I be thinking about earthquake coverage, and has the house been retrofitted?
- Has the house been tested for radon?
- How steep is the driveway, and how does it handle snow? In the benches and canyons, this matters in January.
- In fast-growing areas: what’s still planned to be built around this lot?
How the referral works
1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.
2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.
3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.
What this costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.
We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.
How we choose agents
Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.
We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.
Common questions
What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.
Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.
Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.
Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Utah questions
Do you cover all of Utah?
We work across the state — the Salt Lake Valley, Utah County, Davis and Weber counties, Park City and St. George. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.
We’re moving to Utah and finding a church home matters to us. Can an agent help with that?
Yes. Christian congregations in much of Utah are smaller and more spread out than in many other states, so it’s worth raising early. A local agent who shares your faith can help you weigh neighborhoods with that in mind, alongside schools and commute.
