Minnesota markets we serve

Minneapolis and the West Metro

Edina, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Eden Prairie and Wayzata, plus the city’s own neighborhoods. Strong schools, lakes in nearly every suburb, and a wide range of housing from 1920s bungalows to new construction.

St. Paul and the East Metro

Woodbury, Stillwater, Roseville, Shoreview and the St. Paul neighborhoods. Bethel University in Arden Hills and the University of Northwestern in Roseville anchor a strong Christian community in the north and east suburbs.

The South Metro

Lakeville, Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Prior Lake and Shakopee. Family-heavy, newer neighborhoods and good value for the Twin Cities.

The North Metro

Blaine, Andover, Coon Rapids, Lino Lakes and Elk River. More space and newer homes at lower prices than the west and south suburbs.

Rochester

Mayo Clinic makes Rochester one of the most stable job markets in the Midwest, with a steady flow of medical professionals and patients’ families relocating every year.

Duluth and the North Shore

Duluth, Hermantown and the towns up Lake Superior’s shore. Older homes, hills, harbor views and real winter.

St. Cloud, Mankato and Lakes Country

Two regional hubs and the Brainerd Lakes area, where cabins and lake homes are a way of life.

Questions worth asking your Minnesota agent

Minnesota winters shape the housing as much as the weather, and a few questions are worth asking before you fall in love with a house in June.

  • How is the house heated, and what does a typical January cost?
  • Has the roof had ice dams, and how is the attic insulated and ventilated?
  • Has the house been tested for radon? It’s a routine question in Minnesota, and your agent can explain what information you should expect to receive.
  • How does the basement handle snowmelt in the spring?
  • For lake homes: what are the shoreline and dock rules, and what’s the lake itself like — depth, weeds, public access?
  • For rural properties: well, septic, and whether the road is plowed by the county.

How the referral works

1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.

2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.

3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.

What this costs you

Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.

We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.

How we choose agents

Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.

We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.

Common questions

What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.

Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.

Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.

Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.

How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Minnesota questions

Do you cover all of Minnesota?
We work across the state — the Twin Cities, Rochester, Duluth, St. Cloud and lakes country. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.

We’re moving to Rochester for a job at Mayo Clinic. Can you help?
Yes. It’s one of the most common relocations in the state, often on a tight timeline and sometimes with a residency or fellowship that lasts only a few years. Tell us your start date and plans, and we’ll match you with an agent who handles Mayo relocations regularly.
