Find a Christian Realtor in Pennsylvania
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families make — and it’s rarely only a financial decision. We connect buyers and sellers across Pennsylvania with experienced real estate professionals who share your faith and conduct business accordingly. The referral is free, and you’re never obligated to work with the agent we introduce.
Pennsylvania markets we serve
Philadelphia and the Suburbs
Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties — Doylestown, Newtown, Lansdale, West Chester, Media and the Main Line — surround a city of rowhomes, twins and century-old stone. Eastern University in St. Davids and Cairn University in Langhorne are both here. Inside the city, neighborhood is everything.
Lancaster County
Rolling farmland, a deep Anabaptist heritage and one of the most visibly churchgoing counties in the Northeast. Lititz, Ephrata, Manheim and Lancaster city each have a distinct feel, and Lancaster Bible College sits just outside the city. Demand from people who want small-town life within reach of Philadelphia and Harrisburg keeps this market active.
Harrisburg, Hershey and the Cumberland Valley
Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, Carlisle and Hummelstown offer state-government stability and some of the strongest value in the region. Messiah University is in Mechanicsburg.
Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania
Cranberry, Wexford, Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair, Fox Chapel and the city’s own neighborhoods. Hills, rivers and older housing make Pittsburgh a market where the lot and the street matter as much as the house. Grove City College to the north and Geneva College in Beaver Falls anchor strong Christian communities.
Lehigh Valley
Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton — Bethlehem founded by Moravians, with that heritage still visible — have become a landing spot for households priced out of New Jersey and New York.
State College, Erie, Scranton and the Poconos
A university town, a Great Lakes city, a historic northeastern market and a resort and second-home region — four very different purchases.
Questions worth asking your Pennsylvania agent
Pennsylvania is divided into an unusually large number of townships, boroughs and school districts, and a great deal of its housing is old. Both make local knowledge matter.
- Which municipality and which school district is this address actually in? A mailing address doesn’t always tell you.
- Does this municipality have its own requirements before a house can be sold or occupied, such as a local inspection or certificate? If so, who handles it and how long does it take?
- Has the house been tested for radon? Much of Pennsylvania has elevated radon levels, so it’s a routine question here.
- For older homes: what should the inspector look at specifically — the sewer line, the foundation, the electrical, the heating system?
- In Western Pennsylvania: is there anything I should know about the ground under this property? Ask about past mining in the area, and whether that’s something worth looking into for this address.
- For rural properties: well, septic and how the driveway handles winter.
How the referral works
1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.
2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.
3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.
What this costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.
We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.
How we choose agents
Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.
We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.
Common questions
What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.
Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.
Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.
Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Pennsylvania questions
Do you cover all of Pennsylvania?
We work across the state — the Philadelphia suburbs, Lancaster and Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and the smaller markets in between. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.
We’re moving to Lancaster County for the slower pace of life. What should we know?
It’s a common reason to move there, and it’s a good one. The useful first conversation is about which town fits the life you want — some are walkable small towns, some are open farmland — and how far you’re willing to drive for work, church and family. A local agent will start there rather than with listings.
