Find a Christian Realtor in Virginia
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families make — and it’s rarely only a financial decision. We connect buyers and sellers across Virginia with experienced real estate professionals who share your faith and conduct business accordingly. The referral is free, and you’re never obligated to work with the agent we introduce.
Virginia markets we serve
Northern Virginia
Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William and Arlington counties — Ashburn, Leesburg, Reston, Herndon, Centreville, Gainesville, Woodbridge — are driven by federal, defense and technology employment. The Pentagon, Fort Belvoir and Quantico bring a steady flow of military and civilian relocations. Commute is the deciding variable here more than almost anywhere in the country, and two houses ten miles apart can mean very different mornings.
Fredericksburg and Stafford
The affordability release valve for Northern Virginia, popular with families willing to trade a longer commute for more house and more yard.
Richmond and the Suburbs
Henrico, Chesterfield, Glen Allen, Midlothian, Short Pump and Mechanicsville surround a capital city with historic in-town neighborhoods — the Fan, the Museum District, Church Hill — whose homes are a century old or more. A steady, comparatively balanced market with strong church culture.
Hampton Roads
Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News. Naval Station Norfolk, the largest naval base in the world, and Joint Base Langley-Eustis make this one of the busiest military relocation markets in the country. Virginia Beach is also home to Regent University and the Christian Broadcasting Network.
Lynchburg and Central Virginia
Liberty University and Thomas Road Baptist Church make Lynchburg one of the most recognizable Christian communities in the United States. Forest, Boonsboro and Bedford County draw families, faculty and ministry staff. Charlottesville, an hour north, is a separate and more expensive market anchored by the University of Virginia.
Roanoke and the Shenandoah Valley
Roanoke, Salem, Harrisonburg, Staunton and Winchester. More affordable, closer to the mountains, and in Harrisonburg home to Eastern Mennonite University as well as James Madison.
Questions worth asking your Virginia agent
Virginia ranges from dense Washington suburbs to coastal military towns to rural Blue Ridge property, and the useful questions change with the region.
- What is the realistic commute from this address at the hour I’d actually drive it? In Northern Virginia, ask about toll lanes and how often you’d need them.
- Which school attendance zone is this, and has the boundary changed recently or is it under review? Several large Northern Virginia districts redraw boundaries as they grow.
- In Hampton Roads: what flood zone is this property in, and has this street had water in a heavy storm or a high tide? Some neighborhoods see recurring tidal flooding, and it’s worth asking about before you’re committed.
- If we’re on military orders, how do you handle timing around a report date and a house that may need to be sold or rented when we move again?
- For older homes in Richmond or rural properties on well and septic, what should the inspection focus on?
How the referral works
1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.
2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.
3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.
What this costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.
We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.
How we choose agents
Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.
We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.
Common questions
What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.
Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.
Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.
Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Virginia questions
Do you cover all of Virginia?
We work across the state — Northern Virginia, Richmond, Hampton Roads, Lynchburg and the Valley. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.
We’re a military family moving to Virginia on orders. Can you help?
Frequently. Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads are two of the busiest military relocation markets in the country. Tell us your report date and installation when you reach out, and we’ll match you with an agent who handles military moves regularly and understands that you may be selling or renting again in a few years.
