Buying a Home with a Christian Realtor
Tell us where you are looking. We will introduce you to a screened Christian agent who works that market — free, and with no obligation.
What working with a Christian agent actually changes
Plenty of agents are decent people. The reason buyers ask us for a Christian agent usually is not doubt about competence — it is that buying a home touches things that are awkward to say out loud to a stranger.
You can name the real reason
Being within reach of a church. Room for the family you are praying for rather than the one you have today. A budget you have decided not to stretch, because you give first and you are not moving that line. To an agent who shares those commitments these are ordinary planning considerations. To one who does not, they can be an uncomfortable conversation you end up not having.
How pressure gets handled
The moment that matters most in a purchase is usually the one where somebody tells you to go higher, waive something, or decide tonight. Any agent paid on closing has a real conflict of interest there, and shared faith does not make that conflict disappear. What buyers tell us is that the conversation sounds different — more like counsel and less like a push.
You still need a good agent
Shared faith is not a substitute for knowing a market, and we will not pretend otherwise. Every agent in the network is screened before we send them anyone, and we look at their actual track record in your specific market — not just what they say they believe.
Questions worth asking any agent you interview
These are worth asking whether you use our network or not. You are allowed to interview more than one agent, and you should.
- How many buyers have you closed in this market in the last twelve months? Not brokerage-wide — yours, here.
- Who do you normally refer for lending, inspection and title? Then ask how they would feel if you brought your own instead.
- How are you paid on this purchase, and does any part of what you earn go up if I spend more?
- When I want to walk away from a house, what do you actually do?
- How quickly do you respond, and who covers for you when you are away?
An agent who welcomes these questions is telling you something useful. So is one who talks around them.
How the referral works
1. Tell us about your move. Where you are buying, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.
2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with a screened agent who works your specific market — not a call centre, and not whoever paid the most.
3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction and you decide. If it is not the right fit, tell us and we will find someone else.
What this costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer. When your purchase closes, the agent pays us a share of the commission they were already earning on the deal — so the introduction costs you nothing and does not increase what you pay for the house.
Selling as well as buying? Here is how the sale side works. Want to check whether we cover your state? See the locations list. More answers are in our FAQs, and What We Do explains the network in full.
