Find a Christian Realtor in Arizona
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families make — and it’s rarely only a financial decision. We connect buyers and sellers across Arizona with experienced real estate professionals who share your faith and conduct business accordingly. The referral is free, and you’re never obligated to work with the agent we introduce.
Arizona markets we serve
East Valley
Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek and Tempe are where much of the Valley’s family growth has gone. Gilbert and Queen Creek in particular draw households choosing neighborhoods around schools and congregations, and new construction still competes directly with resale here — which is a genuine decision, not a formality.
Scottsdale and North Phoenix
Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek and Carefree span an enormous range, from lock-and-leave condos to custom desert properties. Seasonal ownership is common, which changes how neighborhoods feel in July versus February.
West Valley
Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Goodyear and Buckeye are the Valley’s affordability story and its fastest-growing edge. Christ’s Church of the Valley in Peoria is one of the largest congregations in the country, and Arizona Christian University sits in Glendale.
Central Phoenix
The historic districts — Encanto, Willo, Arcadia — are older, smaller, more walkable and priced on character rather than square footage. Grand Canyon University anchors a large Christian community on the west side of the city.
Tucson
A genuinely separate market with its own pricing, its own pace and a strong university and medical presence. Do not assume Phoenix comparables mean anything here.
Prescott, Flagstaff and the High Country
Cooler, higher, seasonal and much smaller in inventory. Prescott and Prescott Valley draw retirees and Phoenix households looking for a second home or an escape from the summer.
Yuma, Sierra Vista and the Border Communities
Military, agricultural and winter-visitor markets with their own rhythms.
Questions worth asking your Arizona agent
Arizona housing has some features that surprise buyers coming from other states, and most of them are easier to sort out before you’re under contract than after.
- Is this community governed by an HOA, and can I see the governing documents early rather than late?
- Is this an age-restricted community? Several large Valley communities are, and it’s a detail worth confirming before a family falls in love with a house.
- How old are the roof and the HVAC system, and what’s typical lifespan here? Arizona summers are hard on both, and “it works right now” in November is not the same answer as “it will work in July.”
- If there’s a pool, what does upkeep actually run in this area?
- For newer outlying subdivisions, what’s still planned to be built nearby?
None of these are exotic questions. An agent who works this market will answer them without being asked twice.
How the referral works
1. Tell us about your move. Where you’re buying or selling, your timeline, and anything that matters to you about who you work with.
2. We find the right fit. We review your request and match you with an agent in your specific market — not a call center, and not whoever paid the most.
3. You meet your agent. We make the introduction. If it isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll find someone else.
What this costs you
Nothing. There is no fee to the buyer or seller, ever.
We’re paid a referral fee by the agent after a successful closing — which means we only do well when you’re genuinely well served. It also means we have no reason to push you toward anyone who isn’t right for your situation.
How we choose agents
Shared faith is the starting point, not the qualification. Every agent in the network is a licensed, actively practicing professional with real transaction experience in the market they serve.
We look for people who communicate honestly about price, who will tell you when a house is a mistake, and who treat the work as service rather than a sale. Read more about what we do and see what clients have said.
Common questions
What if I’m relocating from out of state?
That’s one of the most common requests we handle. We’ll connect you with an agent who works with relocating families regularly and understands remote buying.
Am I obligated to use the agent you recommend?
No. Meet them, and if it isn’t a fit, let us know.
Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes — and with both at once, which is the situation most families are actually in.
Is this only for Christians?
No. Anyone is welcome to use the service. Our agents serve all clients professionally and in full compliance with Fair Housing law.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
We review every request personally rather than routing it automatically, and we aim to make the introduction quickly. You’ll hear from us either way.

Arizona questions
Do you cover all of Arizona?
We work across the state — the full Phoenix metro, Tucson, the high country and the border communities. Tell us your market and we’ll tell you honestly whether we have strong coverage there.
We’re moving to Arizona from out of state and buying mostly remotely. Can that work?
It’s extremely common here, and the good agents have a real process for it rather than improvising. Ask a prospective agent directly how they handle remote buyers — walkthrough video, how they represent condition honestly when you can’t stand in the room, and what they do if you arrive and it isn’t what you expected.
